Through discussion, presentation, inquiry, and mindfulness practice, you will explore easy ways to create mind-body balance while reducing your stress and increasing your energy. You will also discover 25 tips that can bring you more balance, energy, peace, pleasure, and well-being.
Susan Tate is an author, teacher, wellness visionary and founder of www.susantate.org. She was the Director of Health Promotion and assistant professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia for many years. Susan shares an empowering and inspirational approach to holistic wellness.
