One of the great things about wellness is its expansive and ever-changing nature. You can choose to add more at any time. You can add more love, forgiveness, gratitude, trust, movement, prayer, pleasure, laughter—the list goes well beyond the 31 concepts presented in my Wellness Wisdom book.

We are living in extraordinary times. Clearly, it is important to know about things that can keep us safe. But what is being splashed in front of us at a rapid rate is repeatedly fearful information aimed at keeping us on edge. Where are you supposed to be?
Last June I was walking along the Edmonds Beach in Washington as I frequently did during the 16 years I lived close to the Puget Sound.
